Chaparral Australia has won its 5th international dealer of the year award at the 54th annual dealer conference and awards night held at Lake Oconee in Atlanta, Georgia.

Over 180 dealers attended the three day conference, with 28 International dealers making the trip from around the globe to witness Sam Sulley and John ‘Breeze’ Benton collect the award on behalf of Chaparral Australia.

“We are incredibly honoured to have even been in the top group of International dealers, let alone taking out top spot” says Chaparral Australia’s Scott O’Hare, “the award is primarily based on sales, but also other criteria such as after sales service, marketing and commitment to the brand, so it is nice to have achieved some recognition for our hard work.”

Three all new Chaparral bowrider models were released at the conference, with the long awaited 19 Outboard, a 280 OSX twin outboard crossover and a 25 Surf with Malibu Surf gate technology on show to the dealer network.

‘The conference offers the best opportunity to sea trial the new boats and learn about the latest technology first hand’; Said Sam Sulley, customer service manager for Chaparral Australia. ‘  Jonnie and I spent hours on the water driving and evaluating both the newest models and the 2020 versions of earlier releases, even wake surfing in the beautiful warm Lake Oconee water; there is no better way to experience so many boats in one place!’

Chaparral Australia is the importer for Chaparral and its sister brand Robalo in Australia and New Zealand and support a network of dealers around the country.  Chaparral Boats range from 19 to 35 feet with award winning inboard and outboard Bow riders; including Surf boats, Jet boats and Crossover models.
