Description
Chris Craft 26 Continental, 1956, boat of choice to the Hollywood elite, Twin MCL 175 HP shaft drives, Polished mahogany hull, deck with blonde plank highlights, the biggest of the Chris Craft runabouts of its day, this boat has seating capacity for 10 in a very comfortable cockpit arrangement and designed with an outward flaring hull for incresed beam and drier ride, the combination of beautifully crafted original fittings and intricate detail work give the feeling of classic opulance, like a delicate piece of furniture, but this boat is far from delicate, in fact it feels very robust, very solid in the water with a surprising turn of speed and excellent sea manners even in a nasty chop. Only 8 of these boats still remain in the world today and only one outside of the U.S. Complete with trailer and all relevant paperwork, this is a brillaint collecters boat that can be used regularly without concern and it is ooh so nice to look at!
